Berry Blast

Ingredients:
Blueberries, Cows Milk/Coconut Milk/Almond Milk, Ice-cubes, Whey
Protein
Instructions:

  1. Add 250 ml milk of choice [coconut or cow or almond]
  2. Add 2 scoop whey protein
  3. Add 50gm Blueberries
  4. Add Ice-cubes
  5. Blend and serve Ice-cold
