Guidelines for Juicing Phase
Juicing is a fast track detoxification method that gives great results. It is way safer than a water fast, and juices can be more enjoyable to drink than just sipping water throughout the day. Juices require minimal digestion, and supply nutrients that support the body while stimulating it to release the toxins.
You will be drinking between 1 liter to 1.5 liter ( 35 to 50 ounces) of vegetable juices on this day along with 3-4 liters of pure
filtered water. You can also sip few cups of green tea and add lemon to your water which you can sip throughout the day.
I have provided a structure that you can follow. You can start off your day with apple cider vinegar or if you don’t have it then go for lemon juice in about 250ml of warm water. After about an hour or so, you can start with the fab green juice.
Others methods of detoxification:
Always remember your body cannot completely heal unless your mind and spirit are ill. Yes, negative thinking, stress, and other emotional and mental disturbances produces toxins of the mind and spirit which also must be detoxified just like the physical toxins. A heathy mind and a healthy spirit are essential for a healthy body.
These following methods will help you detox these toxins of the mind and spirt:
As I mentioned previously, on this day, you should be completely focussed on detoxification. So no work, no get-together no other commitments. Just detox.
Here is a pattern that I have given to my clients, you can choose to follow the same pattern or else you can mix and match
according to your convenience.
Light to moderate exercise
Ideally you should start your day with a walk close to nature for 15-20 minutes or any other light to moderate exercise.
Be Grateful
Now I want to you to think of three things you are grateful for. Just three things. they can be anything. An an example, I am personally grateful that my family including my parents and siblings are in good health, and safe and secure and happy. I am grateful that I wake up everyday and can choose how I want to spend my days. I am grateful that i am in the wellness industry where I have the opportunity to help people and earn money at the same time.

Journaling
If more thoughts are coming to your mind, I highly recommend journaling. Journaling is an excellent self-help technique and a outlet for emotions. Journalling often allows a new perspective and release of misperceptions. It can help you to better know yourself and your mind.

I have personally written more than 1 million words in past decade in my journal and it has allowed me to let go of an anger in a non-voilent ways, it has allowed me to get rid of any negative feelings about anyone or any situations and most of all it has allowed me to know myself better.
Laughter
Laughter can be a powerful healer for emotional trauma and abuse. Aristotle felt that laughter was a bodily exercise precious to health. Laughing causes positive changes in brain chemistry by releasing endorphins, and it brings more oxygen into the body because of deeper inhalations. It increases metabolism and muscle activity. laugher releases anger, fear, guilt and anxiety. it can rebalance the chemistry of stress and tension, altering neurotransmitter levels, increasing oxygenation, and releasing endorphins.
If you are habitual of watching TV when at home, then switch on any humorous program that you can watch. You can also read joke books, tell jokes to your friends and family. idea is to laugh out loud and for as long as you can. Overall, Idea is to stay busy in these relaxing practices so that your mind doesn’t think of food and hunger. At the same time,
you are releasing the suppressed emotions of anger, fear etc, hence freeing your body of energy that can be utilized in clearing out the toxins instead.
